Jason Daley Kennedy is a content creator, on-camera personality and public speaker passionate about helping his audiences and clients achieve balance, joy and their best versions of themselves by demystifying meditation, mindfulness, and wellness.

His approach is to use his learnings in the world of meditation and mindfulness and breaking them down in to palatable topics to meet even the most avid of “can’t do-ers” where they are and help them develop a practice of self-care that benefits them, their peers & family, and the world around them. 

His clients include Google, the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists, Universal Studios, Disney, Second Home, along with a mix of entertainers and entertainment industry executives.

I specialize in workplace balance and avoiding burnout. My passion point is bringing people together with a laugh and helping them to unearth the really cool, simple ways mindfulness and meditation can work by demystifying the NOISE around the topics. One other topic I love to share is the ways we can use these assets to inspire ourselves to inspire our world to be better, calmer, and filled with less a-holes running around.

In addition to speaking on the above topics, I have a LOVE of moderating conversations in film, activism, and pulling inspiration for audiences from the worlds change-makers. I hope to work with you!
